The Canon 7d is the first camera in a new range for Canon. Combining an 18MP CMOS sensor with dual DiG!C 4 Image Processor's and full HD video recording at 24, 25 or 30 fsp, the Canon EOS 7d is bound to be popular.
A new 19-point autofocus system and fast 8 fps shooting speed will keep most sports photographers happy. The Canon 7d also features a new 1.0x magnification and 100% coverage viewfinder, a first for Canon EOS cameras.
The 7d includes Live View and Full HD video recording with manual control at 1080p (30 fps). The 7d records HD video in Quicktime MOV fomat H.264, with selectable 30, 25 or 24 fps.
